Best flour around, as far as gluten free, seriously nothing compares to the texture. The large quantity is great ,and much cheaper to buy in bulk as opposed to the small bags you get in the store.It works really well as a substitution to regular flour, the measurements are almost the same.There is absolutely no grainy consistency which is my biggest complaint in gluten free products.
